Ottawa's University Archives is located in the Archives Room at the Myers Library. Items from University Archives may be used in the library only, and may not be checked out by library patrons. The Ottawa University Archives consists of historical documents, copies of original historical documents, scrapbooks, newspaper articles, photographs, artifacts, objects and paraphenalia relating to Ottawa University history. University archives currently includes file boxes organized in Record Group Number order by subject. Each Record Group Number is made up of a subject classification number, the year the item was catalogued and a document number.
The Ottawa Archives Collections consists of the following collections: a University Archives collection, the Ottawa University Sports Archives, a collection of Ottawa University Yearbooks, a Collection of Ottawa University Campus Newspapers and microfilmed newspapers, a collection of Ottawa University calendars, back issues of Tauy Talk Magazine, the Baptist Collection, and a downstairs collection of historical magazines.
