Collection Okasaki Collection
Description It is a Buddhist's tailsman. It made from wood, and has gold paint on the base part. There is some Japanese Kanji character (also Chinese character) on the middle of board. It call "Nan-myou hou-ren-gei-kyou." It is a part of the Buddhist sutra. When Buddhist people and monks pray for buddha, they are going to recite at first and end of the pray. Almost Buddhist people have a altar (called Butsudan) in the house, they also have same kind of tailsmans inside of altar. It can get from temple and special store.
