Description Wooden Indian woman doll. She is standing a bowl balanced on the top of her head and her left hand resting on her hip. Her clothing is painted on and includes a red and black sari with an orange sash and a yellow blouse. The bowl on her head is tan with a peach colored geometric design. Other painted details include facial features, bracelets, ears, and hair. The head and body of the doll appear to have been carved from one piece of wood. The curved arm and bowl are separate pieces of wood that have been glued on. It appears that the doll once had another arm that extended to the bowl on her head.
