Description Carving of a bird from an antler. The bird stands on its two feet and also is balanced by its side wings. The bird varies in color from a dark brownish grey to a light tannish color. There is some detail etched into the bird including lines for each tail feather, notches for the wings and feet, and a line for the beak. Also, there is a white bead for one eye (the other eye appears to be missing).
