Description A figure of a standing woman carved from a light colored wood. Her features are greatly elongated, especially her arms and hands. Her arms are bent at the elbow with one hand reaching up toward her ear, and the other slightly cupped near the wrist of her other arm. One of her knees is bent and thrust forward. She is wearing a long dress or sarong that drapes slightly in the back. Her hair is worn combed back and it falls to below her waist. All of her features have been finely carved in great detail. At her feet is a small baby who appears to have a normal body but an elephant face, including a trunk and small tusks. The baby lies on its back looking up toward the woman.
